The Late Late Show does a toy show the first week in December which is a national institution, in which toys, books, games etc. for the time of year that's in it (I will not say the word!) are reviewed and demonstrated by children. There are also children singing, dancing and doing other stuff, it's always a great show, and I think if Michael wasn't so shy, they might consider that. There is a well known video of Rory McElroy chipping balls into his mother's washing machine, and he was on a tv programme when he was 8 to show off this prowess, but could only manage one or two when the pressure was on, so quite what anyone thinks a 3 year old would do is beyond me.
Miss Osc and I were texting back and forth last night, and this was almost her last text to me "I spent the afternoon with him and we went to playground, baked buns and he helped me cook dinner, then he was really good and polite when we were having dinner and I was more proud of that than all the video madness today". Michael of course is completely oblivious to it all. He is sitting here having his frothy milk that Grandad just made for him, chatting nonstop, and soon the two of them will head out to the garden to play golf, just a normal afternoon in our house for him
