Good morning Monday

Postby debih » 07 Oct 2013, 06:41

Morning all. Its quiet warm here this morning.

Work for me although I haven't decided yet whether to finish at 12pm or 2.30pm. I will decide as the morning progresses. I am on a jolly this morning - meeting a valuer at a property - so I am not in work mode!

No plans for later other than to make a cake for craft group tomorrow (coffee I think) and go on a search for sloes.

And an early night. I didn't sleep very well last night, despite being exhausted, so I think it could be a bath and early night.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning both, morning everyone :)

Debih I hope you get a better night tonight, Ton that's reminded me that I need to post my sister's birthday card today

Fraggle is settling in well, he's starting to show a bit of mischief which is good as it means he feels really at home. Just taken Mick's PJ's off him, he'd pulled them out from under the pillow :o   He's not keen on the dried food we feed Peps with though - we did ask what he was used to and were told dried food. I will message C today at the rescue to ask exactly which one he had, so we can get him some 8-)

This cold is going to my chest I think, I was coughing in the night and my chest is a bit sore...... I was going to go out for an hour or so later, to get some shopping but I'm not sure now! I might order an online food shop for tomorrow instead, as we can probably manage until then ;)

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all :)
It started out dull and a bit foggy but it's clearing now, the sun's coming out.

Debih you've had such a lot going on, today sounds a bit more relaxing so hope you get a good sleep tonight x

Glad Fraggle's settling in well Kaz - I'd be tempted to carry on with the same food for another couple of days, rather than buy another sort. You're supposed to introduce new food gradually but for most dogs it doesn't seem to matter. Or maybe buy the smallest amount you can, then give him a little bit of that with the one you already have?

Enjoy the sunshine Ton :)

I did get some gardening done yesterday, it's looking a bit less raggedy so a few more sessions this week should sort it out.
Have a good day all
Di

Morning all :D
A bit dull here today. Not sure what I'm doing yet. The first day D is away I am always at a loose end. I'll get into the swing of things soon.
Glad Fraggle is feeling more at home Kaz :D Hope you feel better soon.
Wishing everyone a lovely day xxx

Morning Loz, have a hug ((((x))))) Mick goes away for a few days n Wednesday and I get a bit like that too  xx

Di we could keep trying but as it's dried food it's not like it means extra expense really - if he's eating the new food he won;t be eating Pepper's ;) Will see what C says I think xx

Morning all, we're baaaaack!! Had a fab fab holiday, enjoyed every bit of it. Weather was good early in the week, not so good as the days went on, but it didn't matter, we still had a great time and are already talking about doing another cruise when funds permit. Even got a good bit of dancing, as there was a ballroom dance couple on board who gave some lessons and they featured in one of the shows which was entirely dedicated to dance, plus we did manage a bit of dancing in some of the bars ;) We met some lovely people and had great fun.

It's a strange day weatherwise - fairly dull, warm and a bit humid. I have a veritable mountain of washing - the weather wasn't great before we went away so the wash basket was already full, I prefer to leave it almost empty when we go away but that didn't happen. I'm fiddling around on the internet, putting off the evil moment when I have to face into the unpacking  Nothing else planned for the day, was going to the supermarket but think I will wait until tomorrow. Mr. Osc has gone to play golf. Hope everyone is well :)

Morning all, it's dull but mild here and was lovely for a nice long dog walk this morning :)

I'd been to the gym before that but I didn't stay as long as I usually do, I didn't go at all last week because of feeling under the weather and didn't feel up to a full workout this morning, but that doesn't matter - at least I felt well enough to go today :)

Lovely to see you back Osc, and so glad you had a lovely time! :D

Kaz, lovely to hear that Fraggle's well and truly settling in! Hope you feel better soon xx
