The sun was behind some cloud and looked lovely.

Morning all. I'm feeling almost human again today - the flu jab effect is obviously wearing off. Its just my neck that aches now.

Vet this morning for me. She kept nothing down again yesterday although the day before she had been fine - has definitely got to be the anti biotic tablet. I rang them yesterday (they must be so sick of me) and the lovely vet said to bring her in and they would give her an anti biotic injection which lasts two weeks. And this morning she is fine again - 4 breakfasts in. I think they just want to change the dressings a couple of times a week and monitor her weight - she lost 4 kilos whilst she was ill that week and for a little dog that only weighs 16 kilos that's an awful lot.

Then I'm off out for my works lunch at a lovely French restaurant. I'm really looking forward to it.

This evening S has cadets and we are going to watch them doing some drill and being given awards (S isn't expecting one - she hasn't really been there long enough).

Dentist for me this morning, hopefully just a check-up. Yesterday got the rest of the cards done, plus a lot of shopping - ingredients for all-important Black forest trifle all in except the cream, and we now have a turkey breast joint. Still no Christmas dinner though
I shall go into town after the dentist and have a wander.

I still need to write my cards, so will get that done today if I can get my fingers working. Once again we await the arrival of the heating engineer. So fed up of the heating working for 5 minutes then stopping. We must get some more wood in, just in case...

Up early as I've a 10am appointment with the hairdresser. Should be home about 12ish so after lunch really must get the last of the pressies wrapped.

Hope the heating engineer gets it sorted loz, and you have a cosy house in time for Christmas. You must be thoroughly fed up with it by now.

Sort of good morning, as I have a hangover (me, wot doesn't drink - well, not too much, too often )

Sunny, cloudy and quite warm outside - in fact, warmer outside, than it is inside)

A stroll down to the village later, to get my new tablets and then a coffee in the sun and off out again tonight (will do a new post about yesterday)

Hope Millie is okay Debih and it is just the tablets causing the problem xx and hugsto WM xxx

We had a lovely party here last night - with our own circus, complete with a performing dog
doing summersaults and jumping through a hoop. Have a litle hangover this morning.

We're off to a lunch time Christmas concert at the town hall today. Looking forward to it.

Good morning all, it was very miserable when we first got up, but is brightening up now. I'm going for a brisk walk shortly, back to have a shower and then spend the rest of the day doing h/work (well, I have to do it sometime ) Mr. Osc is going to play golf weather permitting. I finished the cards last night, just need to wrap one present for the post, so will stroll up to the post office later. Have a good day everyone
