A very interesting visit - found aout a lot about the house we hope to buy (but not at the price he's asking) and also met some very lovely and pleasant people. Been invited out for when we next go up

Had lunch out and now settling down to watch the footie - washing machine is on

Yes Jo, it's the house just outside Ourique. We had another viewing whilst we were there and spent over an hour checking things out.

We'll be contacting the agent to see what the vendor would think about 100,000. It's not worth much more than that now. The house has been empty for 5 years and is now looking very sad -. inside and out.

Not that we can buy it yet

And if we can't get that one, we'll look for something else
