The trucks been and gone, the packing tape has been put away, and the boxes are being opened.
And the place feels fantastic. Even with boxes everywhere it feels more like a home than either of our last two places. I think this is a place we will be happy in for many years
The move in did have a last minute drama though with Sasha throwing a 39.6 degree fever the day the packers arrived.
(40 degrees is straight to hospital, do not pass go....) She stayed at my mums that night as the packers were soo efficnt they packed her bed and bedding up even though we asked them not too. And just as well, as that night she was sick in her bed. I'm still yet to find my laundry powder.
She bouncing back tonight though.
Hope to put the tree up tomorrow.
