Good morning Ally.

Running and swimming already, eh? I wish I could say this. My morning starts with just a brisk walk.

But I feel fit.

Good morning latecomers. Hope you all have a lovely day.

morning all :)

I have had a busy morning, got up and had to clear my room as my new carpet is being fitted today :) most of it was done yesterday but the mattress had to come off the bed, and then I managed to lift the carpet and fold it, so need to get that outside ready for my friends husband who is a carpet fitter ;)

I then took Amy to school and came home and got a sausage casserole in the slow cooker :) had some bacon on toast with a nice costa coffee (made in my cafetiere) :D :D

I think the rest of the day will be relaxing until carpet is done, I will have to get my room back to normal!

Will post pics on the photo board when its done, I can't wait!!

Morning all :D I'm just back after picking Jasper up from the lady who has him when we are away. He had a great old time with long riverside walks. So nice to know that he is happily on his holidays when we are also away having fun. So tired after a weekend of dancing, but what a great time :D
Just a day catching up on SCD :D and housework

Kaz, good luck at the dentist today. Big hugs x
Poll enjoy your new carpet :D Make sure you roll around on it before you put the furniture back  (or is that just me?)
Jen, take it easy with the driving. I am just back to it after 8 weeks off due to my joint replacement.
Enjoy your grass cutting Saundra, hope the weather stays dry.
Aggers, nothing like a nice brisk autumnal walk is there?
Enjoy your lunch Ally and your packing Ton :D
Wishing everyone else a lovely day xxx

Morning all!
It's quite bright here but very breezy!

My cold's quite a lot better now, I'm just at the feeling tired stage which I seem to get at the end of any cold I have. Joe's home today as he's come down with it now. The school sent out a text on Friday saying that parents can now report absences by email, so I did that. It bounced back when I sent it from my iPhone, and I know the address was correct as I clicked it from the text...so I tried my iPad and that came back too. I then tried the laptop and that was returned as well so I ended up hanging on the phone after all

Hope the dentist appointment goes well Kaz xx

Poll, I agree with Loz - make sure you roll around on that new carpet first, sniff that new carpet smell, lie there running your hands over it for a while ;)

Aggers, I've just had a brisk walk with Billy - it was too breezy to enjoy a nice stroll!

Have a good day everyone!

Lozz....

I'm g;ad Jasper enjoyed his holiday, too.

We have always taken Prince with us, but it does restrict us quite a lot, and self-catering can get a bit much with advancing years.
We have often thought of putting him in some nice friendly place, but wouldn't like him to be unhappy and stressed.
Prince is now over 11 years old, and has never been parted from us except on shopping days. What do you suggest?
