I had a yellow cherry tomato (Sungold I think it was), a plum (Roma) and another regular round one - I need to dig out the labels from the greenhouse and give you the names.
I must say, I was quite disappointed with the Roma - it was really dry and floury and I was expecting a much juicer tomato. The yellow cherry tomatoes are amazing as always - juicy and very very sweet - delicious
The botanical name is Solanum lycopersicum (S. lycopersicum) or Lycopersicon esculentum + Cat number, but after that it appears to go very English for some reason.

Then we get the sub varieties. So, in Plum tomatoes you might like to look for: Roma San Marzano Bangalore Ropreco
