A killer hill walk this morning, back for a swim and then a chicken dhansak to make for tonight.

We're up and about early as Bb's follow-up appointment is at 10 so we need to leave around 9. Before that there's Minnie to walk, breakfast to be eaten, eye drops to do...could do with an elastic hour Will report back later.

Di we're up and about early too - Mick has a meeting in Swindon so is catching the 8.40 train Peps has had a quick run on the field, she'll get a proper one later We are so lucky to have that big field opposite Good luck to Bry (((x)))

I'm off to the garden centre later with D (MIL) and Mick's Aunt Jen. D is taking her under her wing a bit at the moment with Uncle Ron being so ill, she's running her to the hospital a lot, sitting in on appointments with the consultants (her medical background being very useful there) and we've taken her out for dinner.........J and R have always been one of those 'joined at the hip' couples so she is needing a lot of support now he is so very ill ......It should be a nice day out today though, and we'll do our best to cheer her up a bit

Had a good nights sleep, E's in the shower right now and then we're going to tackle the dreaded drops. It's amazing how much clearer my sight is already in the left eye, shows just how bad the right one is although that's supposed to be the better of the two. The problem is I'm now much worse off with my glasses, everything becomes a blur, but I don't think my eyesight is good enough without any at all. Obviously don't want the expense of new ones at this stage, will see how it goes, but have a feeling a trip to the optician will be needed sooner rather than later. Someone suggested having a prescription free lens in that side as a stopgap, not sure if they will do that with reactions

No plans for today, was told to have a quiet one so will do as I'm told, well that's a first then

Bought the cats a new laser pointer. The vet told me they needed exercise. They have been running around like mad things tonight. I had forgotten how much they loved it.

We are having a restful day today as we we did a lot in town yesterday and we haven't the stamina for running, swimming, cycling, etc.
like someone I know, who shall be nameless.
