Another gorgeous day forecast.

A run and a swim first for me then picking mum and dad up to bring them over for the day.

We're going to our local outdoor market and then for lunch.

Back to sit in the garden with a cuppa and watch mum tidy up my plants.

Clouds, sun and blue sky again and wet stuff is forecast not for today though, so we may be able to have a bbq later

Off to Tavira, for grumpy to put the final coat of paint on the bits he's repired, then shopping.

Not sure what else we'll be doing, no doubt Bente will be on the phone later

Mum certainly looks alot better and has a suntan.
Any walks we have are done at a very slow pace but at least she's up for getting out and about.

Well today was supposed to be a day out and lunch at the garden centre with my MIL, choosing winter plants for our pots, but that's been put back until tomorrow. She's going to a hospital appointment with Mick's Aunty instead, to discuss his uncle's condition and onward going treatment, which if course takes priority. He is very ill

So instead I'll be doing stuff around here

Another grey start here, apparently it might not shift today - yesterday was summery-hot in the end It's still really warm though, so not all bad.
No appointments today - hooray! -so will be out and about later, apart from that housey-stuff.

Have fun Ally and Ton, and Kaz maybe tomorrow will be nicer weather too

Well I'm up and on the surface quite calm, but underneath the panic is creeping in. Have to be at the hospital for 12 and providing there's no emergency cases, I've been told I'll be first on the list. I know it has to be done, but honestly I can think of a million things I'd rather be doing today.

It's dull here but dry.

I'm off into town now for my annual eye test. I really don't know what type of glasses to have this time, as
my long vision seems to have reverted to normal, whilst reading small print seems more difficult, so varifocal
lens seem now to be a waste of money. Perhaps all I need now is reading glasses. We shall see.

Not much else on the job sheet for today, but something will turn up, no doubt.

Morning everyone
Another busy day here, they always seem to be. Can Team New Zealand just win a race? I didn't really care what one, but why leave it to the absolute last minute?!!!! Tomorrow is D day. Both teams are on 8 points, so the next race will see the winner as it's first to 9. nail biting stuff. AND I can't really watch it tomorrow as I have to do the kindy drop off then get up to silverdale in time for Olivers swimming lesson. Argh!!! At least there will be absolutely no traffic on the road. It really is a race that is stopping a nation.
