Poor thing, I hope he's feeling better soon.

I know that the schools that my boys went to when they were younger - nursery, infant and junior - all had a 48 hours rule, in that you weren't to send them back after a tummy bug until they'd eaten normally for 48 hours. I'm not sure that everyone stuck to that though.

Same, Jo :? They seem to pick up everything going when they first start nursery and then school - seems to be a phase you just have to get through, for the immunity :(

Hope he's better today Ton, poor little 'un xxxxx

Poor tyke. Hope he feels better now.

We've had many tummy bugs by the eldest. So pleased you all talked me into a carpet cleaner early on. 8-) missey has a glass stomach when she has a fever.
I was talking about this today to a friend, and he thinks the reason is the both parents work, and they just don't have enough sick leave to cover looking after sick children so they try to sneak them into daycare when sick. 5 days sick leave per year is the normal here. No where near enough when you have kids,
Everything happens for a reason
