I'm around early, as I have the dentist's in Cheltenham this morning - the prep work for a small bridge Not looking forward to it really, I hate any drill work as I have trouble breathing through my nose which makes it very uncomfy I will be glad to get the work done though, and I also need a bit of adjustment to the plate they made me as it digs in a bit

Anyhow, after that I'll have a nice mooch in Cheltenham, which I always enjoy, and maybe some lunch if I'm not too numb

It's lovely here, blue sky and sunshine Washing's in, then we've got a busy day planned
Bb hasn't left the house since the Monday before last so we're going out. We're going to have a drive through the forest, go and find the farm shop that the sausages came from, decide on somewhere nice to have lunch...it's a date

Youngest later for the weekend, so will thaw another batch of Bolognese sauce - sorted Tomorrow's Bb's birthday and his mum's popping over for tea and cake so I'll make that either later or tomorrow - coffee & walnut has been requested

Tom, money man and friend, is coming round for a chicken and chips bbq later. I have some lovely bread, cheese and olives to start and Grumpy is the chef tonight

Got 4 bottles of very good reds open, just in case we get thirsty, talking too much

I feel tired this morning, in spite of my usual dog-walk - the after effects of running last night's quiz show, I expect. It went off well but it's hard going at times.

Not much planned for today but it looks too nice to stop in, so we'll think of something, I'm sure.

Billy and I have just had a really lovely long walk over the common and through the woods and he's now snoozing on his bed.

We're off to the hospital this afternoon for E's appointment with the Cardiologist at 2pm. He's a bit on edge, not surprising really after the last few months, but at least it's now being looked into so fingers crossed he doesn't have to wait too long for some answers.
