Today I went shopping......

I bought these as I had a £10 off voucher and a £15 gift voucher from my birthday. They are for work with trousers and skirts and thick tights

Then I went to M&S and bought these for work and to go with the above shoe boots They are only £12.50 fit like a dream and I had £7.00 in vouchers

and then I saw this which actually looks much much nicer in reality than on the website, not sure I would've looked twice at it on there, but I am sure it is the right one

only problem is 20% day doesn't start until Thurs so they have put them by for me to collect on Sunday

The shoe boots are lovely, I like the chunky heels; I have an old pair in burgundy that I hardly ever wear but should
They're probably the highest heels I have Useful as proper boots are often too hot, but heeled shoes with trousers just look wrong

That tunic is nice, I saw that yesterday but would prefer to go to an actual shop for tops and things

See I like buying online, because then I can try different trousers, etc with them, whereas trying on in a shop I always look and feel like I have been dragged though a hedge backwards

I love those shoe boots and would definitely wear them under trousers, in fact I wouldn't wear them with a skirt. You will look very smart in that outfit

It is nicer to try things on at home, but I couldn't afford to order eg 3 tops and then send two back
I hardly ever go to proper clothes shops, but it's nice to actually see the stuff sometimes - then find they don't have your size, so it's still easier to go home and order online
Because I hardly ever go, and having lost weight, I do need to go and try on a few things to get a feel for sizing

I never buy clothes online usually, although I did buy a nice jumper and skirt in the Izabel sale in the summer - might see if I can still find a link

Sorry Di I didn't see this. I am not sure what you mean by the above? I just put them on my credit card and by the time the bill comes in, any I don't want have been recredited.

Being super-careful about using a credit card, I only 'buy' what I can afford, so hadn't even thought of that!
