I got road raged.....

I have just taken this photo from my bedroom window, excuse the glare it is through glass.

You can just see the edges of my car on my drive. This morning I also had one of those gas work contraptions like next doors, to the left of my car, however the green car on the road wasn't there. But over the road where the skip is, are having a new bathroom, so there were two transit vans parked in from of the blue estate car. Plus it was dustbin day. As you can imagine getting out of my drive was tad tricky. But I managed it, albeit slowly. I went to drive up the road and sitting between the blue car and the silver audi was a red car. So I am sitting where the green car is looking at red car. I couldn't reverse onto the pavement as the gas works were there. I couldn't pull over the road as the two transit vans were there. All I wanted her to do was move a smidgeon so I could pull up behind the Audi and use the pavement to get past. Would she move no. All she had to do was reverse either into that gap behind the blue car or just straight backwards as I was happy to use the path. But no. She sat there. By now I had tried smiling, gesturing politely to move back, no. So I now have cars behind me, a dustbin lorry behind me and can go nowhere so still she sits there. So Richard who owns the silver Audi and was working on another car on his drive comes down to her. Can you move back a bit? No she can. Well to be fair she can't as she has cars behind her. That's her fault, she shouldn't have pulled out in front of me. PULLED OUT IN FRONT OF HER. I would like the luxury of pulling off my drive that fast, she must have been at the top of the road when I started trying to pull off my drive. So Richard says, It might have escaped your notice but getting off our drives is a little tricky at present. Anyway you are going to have to move back or sit there all day it's up to you. So she says "who the hell are you and whats it got to do with you anyway" as she slams her car into reverse and moves backwards. I pulled up behind Richards Audi and stopped to thank Richard and blow me if she doesn't stop next to me and wind her window down, so still holding the rest of the traffic up. I just shrugged, shouted thanks Rich out of my passenger window and drove off. I learnt the rest of it when I got home tonight and spoke to Rich.

The stupid woman!!!!

See, I have no time for stupidity so it's a very good thing that I don't drive. I'd be following the stupids home to tell them exactly what I thought of their driving.

The fact that you are a qualified driver doesn't necessarily mean that you have common sense!

Some people are so bloody minded!

Had Ms Stupid just moved back a bit the whole issue would have been done and dusted in seconds, but no, she has to stand her ground and make a mountain out of a molehill..... and eventually had to move anyway.

A lot of drivers aren't very considerate to others these days, it's true.
