Just bought a pair of boots

from the Next sale. But now I am not sure what to wear them with MY initial thought was leggings or skinny jeans, but my skinny ankles are waggling around with about 2 ins of boot all round

I nearly bought a similar pair in tan suede today Wear them with opaque black tights and a skirt or dress Shell......that's how I would. Apart from with jeans and jeggings...........there is no ankle room whatsoever for this little fat duck

I think they'd look awful with tights, and I don't possess a skirt of dress apart from a couple of work skirts. At least leggings and socks pad them out a bit. They just flip flap around otherwise

I like ankle boots with tights and skirts, but fair enough if you don't. Not sure what else to suggest then really - what else is there apart from trousers, leggings or jeans?

Sorry Kaz I didn't mean to sound rude. I think ankle boots look fine with a skirt if they have a heel but mine are completely flat.

Link works fine for me. I like them, although I don't do flat, so would love them with a heel to wear with jeans and trousers - I think I'm a bit long in the tooth to wear ankle boots with skirts
