Morning Ally, morning all :)

Awake early here, damp and rainy looking though  It will brighten up here later though, whatever the weather, as it's a Harry weekend :D :D :D Yayyyyy :D :D

Until he gets here, I'll be finishing off the ironing - finally - and just pottering :D Have some nice diced Welsh lamb in the freezer so might get the slow cooker on 8-)

Have spoken to Becks a couple of times over the last few days, she is loving Bristol and her new friends, and Freshers starts this weekend - I'm pretty relieved, so far so good 8-) :D

Have a good day everyone :)

Good morning, all.

It's dull here, and heavy rain forecast for later today.

Whatever weather you have, I hope you enjoy it.

Morning all :D

We had a lovely day yesterday. The highlight was the Royal Mews, and the state rooms were well worth a second visit. Also enjoyed Wicked, it was just as good as we remembered 8-) We were also lucky with the weather, it stayed dry while we were in London. Got back to the hotel just before midnight very happily cream crackered

It's Harry Potter today, really looking forward to it.

The hotel is a good budget option, spotlessly clean and the complimentary brekkie isn't bad. It's right next to Apsley Lock, a lovely location which would be extra nice on a sunny day.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Is that the Harry Potter studios Jen.

If it is you will love it. I went there last year on a school trip and it was amazing. I want to go back again without a group of 12 children to watch over so that I can really concentrate on everything.

I think we might take the girls there sometime next year as part of their xmas presents. I need to research hotels in the area so we can have an overnight stay - a Premier Inn should be adequate enough for a one night stay.

Yes it's the Warner bros tour debih. We're staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hemel Hempstead, very good rate which includes brekkie. Worked out a better deal than Premier Inn.
