Something really bizarre just happened

Postby miasmum » 12 Sep 2013, 22:46

On Sunday when I made my album for Mowgli, Tim tried to set it to music but nothing seemed suitable.

Tonight I was sitting on the computer looking at my friends posts on Facebook, when from nowhere (although Tim says it has to be somewhere) but I wasn't touching anything Itunes launched with this song

The Scientist by Coldplay, the lyrics are perfect, Mowgli used to chase his tail and as for Tell me you love me, come back and haunt me   Also what were his blood results that Simon said meant he should have been fine, just science

Come up to meet you, tell you I'm sorry
You don't know how lovely you are
I had to find you, tell you I need you
Tell you I set you apart

Tell me your secrets and ask me your questions
Oh, let's go back to the start
Running in circles, chasing our tails
Heads on a science apart

Nobody said it was easy
It's such a shame for us to part
Nobody said it was easy
No one ever said it would be this hard
Oh, take me back to the start

I was just guessing at numbers and figures
Pulling your puzzles apart
Questions of science, science and progress
Do not speak as loud as my heart

Tell me you love me, come back and haunt me
Oh and I rush to the start
Running in circles, chasing our tails
Coming back as we are

Nobody said it was easy
Oh, it's such a shame for us to part
Nobody said it was easy
No one ever said it would be so hard
I'm going back to the start

I have no idea how or why, but that has really comforted me

I'm glad you felt comforted by it Shell. xx

My friend Roscia had to have her beautiful beloved dog put to sleep on Tuesday. :(
She's heartbroken as had had Ruby since a puppy for 12 years. :(

Since I've moved here Kaz I don't think I've ever been out and about and not seen Ruby happily walking alongside Roscia. They were always together.

12 years is a long time to have a much loved animal member of the family, isn't it. :(

What a moving eulogy beautiful, Truly I believe our precious companions stay with us when they depart, I could and would not have found the strength I did, of this I am sure when my husband left this earthly plain Barney was here beside me at my lowest ebb.(Shell)xxxx

Thank you, and thank you for not making me feel I am barmy

I knew there was something else. Ally I am so sorry about your friend's dog. Losing a dog is not just losing a much loved friend and family member, it is losing a lifestyle too. At least when I am out the house life is normal, for your poor friend its not. My heart goes out to her xxx
