I've decided that it's about time I went out for a proper Indian meal, in Olhao, sometime.

I'll talk Bente into it, just need to persuade Grumpy

Oh bugger it, we'll go and leave him at home

That sounds lovely, and not at all boring 8-) :D  I'd probably live on stuff like that if I lived alone, as it's a faff to cook just for yourself I find......

spinach fritatta with feta. the first meal EVER that Oliver finished before us. Normally he has to be told and told and told and told and told to start, then when we have all finished, he starts. but today, wow, it was like a tornado sucked it up!

Yes, i'll be making that again, even though Missey wasn't at all keen on it.

Oh yes - Harry had huge problems accepting new tastes when he was little. Every time I found something he enjoyed eating it was like Christmas :D 8-) Now he's a great eater - loves healthy food and isn't into snacking or junk much at all 8-) :)

You'll get there Weka 8-) :D

Oh and my mouth is watering at the sound of that frittata 8-) :D xxx

It's not so much the tastes, he will pretty much eat anything, it's more that he just can't stop playing. you tell him to eat, so he mimes opening the cutlery draw and getting the utensils out and setting the table, then mimes sitting down, then mimes eating. if only he would just EAT!! argh it drives me mad. every single dinner time, except tonight.

hang on, today was his first solo swim too..... I wonder if he's had some kind of brain development (we call them brain farts lol). His sister has them. she gets more and more unreasonable over a 2 week period till i'm about ready to give her up for adoption or murder her, and then she wakes up the next day a different child, more articulate than before, and more complex thinking. I wonder if this is his version.

Sasha on the other had wouldn't touch it as it was all mixed up. she likes her foods to be segregated into little piles. to the point where if I'm doing a stir fry i dry and dump it onto her plate into food type piles, without being to precise, as i don't want to pander to it, but I do want her to eat.

Kids aye? who knows.
