The inflatable bed

Postby debih » 30 Aug 2013, 16:01

Do you remember the popped inflatable bed? I can't find my original thread about it.

Talk about cutting it fine!!!!

How long has this been going on - since the end of June at a guess.

I have gone on and on at her about the it. I need it for tomorrow night (I have told her that I needed it on three other occasions which have now passed but that just didn't seem to bother her) as it is S's sleepover. She has 3 friends coming. S has a single bed in her room and a fold out chair bed so that is two of the girls sorted. We do have those inflatable single beds that are low to the floor but they aren't ideal for tv watching as the other two beds are higher than the little inflatables and because of how the room needs to be arranged they will be too low.

I had a text from her on TUESDAY. TUESDAY FFS. saying she had ordered the bed. I rang her last night - no sign of it. I have just had a text from her to say that it has arrived and she will drop it off sometime before tomorrow night. I have said I will send Mick down for it to make sure we have it!

I am so angry that she didn't seem to give a toss that we were having to struggle without it when our ficticious friends came to stay.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

What is she like?

Fictitious friends always need the best of everything, does she not know that? Their demands are limitless. :o  ;)

She needs a real kick up her nether regions. :x :x :x

The bed has arrived. I have blown it up and it is fine.

It is almost identical to the one that got popped - same height and size just different colour.

It fits fine in S's room - she could easily sleep 6 people in her room on blow up beds as it is a huge room. S and her friend have decided that they will sleep on it tonight to test it out.

Please don't lend it to her again, she may well feel that as she had to replace it - she has shares in it! Always make sure its being used, or your Mum has it.

It won't be lent put to anyone.

The girls are loving it.

Because it is quite high 45cm I think and is queen size they are all (5) sprawled out on it and as it is against a wall have used it like a sofa to watch DVDs.

Two of them will sleep on it, one will sleep on the chair bed and one in the proper bed.

L has taken herself off to bed out of the way - when I came to bed she had her music on through her headphones so she couldn't hear them giggling and squealing. I think I might do the same'
