Good morning all It's a very good morning because we've got our planning permission We are not allowed put rooflights on the street side of the roof, but we have got everything else we wanted, so can live without the rooflights

Woke this morning with sore neck and shoulders, I was rehanging curtains yesterday after some painting, so must have put pressure on my neck doing that. I can feel pain creeping up to my head so hopefully the painkillers I've already taken will do their job, if not I'll have to take some more as we are going out tonight. We are going to the live broadcast of the final of a tv sort-of-reality show called The Hit - the idea is that songwriters write songs for quite well known singers, who then record them and whichever one has the most downloads on itunes wins every week. It's a lovely day here, there's clouds but plenty of sun and nice and warm. I should probably do some h/work............

Lovely day here after a grey start. Had a lovely walk in the woods with D and Jasper. Very nice.
Kaz, you won't believe how fast the Uni holidays come round, so you won't be long without B. It is a big change though so have a hug ((((Kaz))))

Good afternoon.
Not done anything very active apart from going to the gym.
Will have to buy a new dress shirt as the collar on one of mine is now very tight. So we may have a day out on Sunday.
