I have a new job!!!!

Brilliant! Bonkers! Bl**dy faberoony!!

An advert in our local paper last week was looking for, and I quote, 'a fun, vibrant, native English speaker with a good command of Spanish' to teach at an academy in the town that I live in.

I applied via email stating I was fun and vibrant (   ) and spoke fluent Spanish.

I honestly didn't think for a minute they would reply.

But they did. :D

I went for an interview tonight at 6pm and by 6.15 I had been offered the job!! :kick: :kick:

I am absolutely over the moon. :-P :-P

I don't feel too bad about giving my notice in at the school in Malaga as I'm sure they'll soon fill my absence.

What I do feel bad about is never seeing O Handsome One again.
(You'll understand the Italian thing Kaz.  )

Needless to say The Donster and I went out celebrating tonight so it's a good job GBBO is repeated on Sunday!!

Brilliant Ally, well done you :D
That must be a lot more convenient. So what hours, how many days a week, etc, etc??
And I'm sure there will be a sub for Signor Handsome :)

I'm sure I woke up this morning smiling..I'm so excited about this job. :kick: :kick:

It's Monday and Wednesday 9-1 teaching adults. :D

Tuesday and Thursday 4.30-8.30 teaching children.
One class is 5/6 year olds and the other is 9/10 year olds. :D

As much as I really enjoyed my job in Malaga as it gave me the opportunity to see more of the city that I love it will be fantastic to just walk into town to work. :D :D

Nice 8-)
Will the children be used to being taught at that time of day? I know they are at school quite late anyway but 8.30?
