Still ploughing through the holiday washing and ironing here Got a stiff sore back and tingly hands and feet, must have overdone the walking and climbing last week a bit Taking it easy today, the weather is dry but no sunshine and we're all feeling lazy, so not doing anything special for the BH......

Cloudy again, but still warm. Got quite pleasant yesterday, so expecting the ame today

A stroll to the hardwre shop, stuff needed for Grumpy to do some work up at Bent'es tomorrow and then maybe a stroll into the village - the long way round

Pootling here after that.

And a mini rant - our English nieghbour (the one who put her house up for sale, with the same agent, for less money) is back. Spoke to her yesterday and she can't actually sell the house yet Because of the English will etc etc and having to get the house put in her sole name and all the legal side of things here (which take for ever ) So why the flippin' heck is it on the market then?????????????

morning all,

Well no bank holiday here in Scotland today so normal routine, Amy is at school and I am being a lady of leisure!

I have come home and taken some strong painkillers, my head started being sore on Saturday and niggled yesterday, last night it got worse and I kept going to get up and take some tablets but couldnt get myself up, so basically hardly slept, so hoping these tablets work and going to lie on the couch and relax. Probably a mixture of being nervous/anxious about my induction this week as I can't think of any other reason, I am drinking plenty.

Hot and sunny here, ooh I do love being able to say that!
Last lot of washing in the machine almost done, I've only ironed youngest's stuff so far though. It's really annoying that because of having to use the dryer yesterday there's more that will need ironing Still, today's load will dry nicely

Bb's out working, till sometime after lunch. We might walk up to the village, there's a beer festival with live music at a local pub - The Rogue Pogues sound like fun

Kaz it's being in a different bed and sitting on different seats as well, I'm ok at home but on other sofas can't often get comfortable, I spent more time sitting at the dining table last week. The gym ball will be coming back downstairs today, just sitting on it for a while at a time helps a lot

Afternoon chums. The sun is shining and I'm just being lazy. I was feeling a bit blue due to a number of things so Mr L and I have booked 3 nights away here http://www.burnville.co.uk/index.htm I just need to relax and I'll bounce back up again We're going in a couple of weeks time, so not long to wait.
