It's chucking it down and has been all night.

No real plans for me today other than some housework.

I have to nip S into town to a friends house for 12 - I'm a bit cross she made it for that time really, smack bang in the middle of the day, but its done now.

Swim then going to the coast for a big fat fry up.

Cake and goodies today then going out tonight with my men.

Wet here. Supposed to clear up this afternoon.
Bread's almost done, the smell is really getting to me today

It looks as though I really will get that 'simple' top finished today...After the sudden introduction of the bias strips, I got those done, and attached nicely to the armholes, then sewed the sides. Then tried it on - big gaping armholes So have altered that (thank goodness for t'internet), and would have got the hem done but then the bobbin ran out - and by then I thought I'd better stop for the day.
Other than that, h-wordy stuff I guess - and food! Yesterday was a 'fast' day and I was fine, but this morning I'm starving

It's raining here too but I suppose the ground needs it. I'm off to Buckingham Palace today with some friends. They had a spare ticket and asked me if I wanted to go along with them. I've never been before and it's one of those places that I've always wanted to see inside

morning all,

Lazy day here today, well that is the plan but im getting bored lol!!

The sun is shining and the washing machine is on so waiting to hang out the washing and think we will go a little walk up to the shops, need some fruit and lidl is the best place for that.

Amy could do with a hair cut before going to school but she still has a hair braid thingy in from holiday so think will wait until that comes out before we visit the hairdressers - back to school on Wednesday so her hair will have to wait!
