What a day
First up was kindy drop off, then doctors for Oliver's, and where I thought his infection was all but gone, the doctor poked and prodded and puss came out. (Appologies if you are eating breakfast). Next was over to a friends who helps me out a fair bit, so was my turn to repay her and I've pruned 2 apple trees and a peach. Off to kindy for pickup, and crash bandicoot stumbles out of the car, landing face first into the gutter, after hitting his head on the kerb on the way down. So ran him into kindy for an ice pack, where general conceses among the first aides was A&E clinic for him. Back to friends to drop daughter off, take Oliver to A&E. he has mild concussion. but thankfully no fracture to his eye socket, which was my worry. Off to the panel beaters to pick up our car after being fixed, back to friends to collect Sasha, noticed the extra scratches on the rear bumper that weren't there before the panel beater had the car, off home just in time for the builder to give us a quote on replacing our deck, and then rounded he day off with a trip to the dentist to be to,d that I need two fillings, at a cost of just on $900 (~£460 ) yikes.

I'm about to run a large bath to go with my large vodka

Oh, and I keep finding grass on the carpet curtesy of one of the cats tummys.

Good morning everybody.
Back from the gym and had a coffee. Will get changed and then out shopping and to the bank. Had some rain but the sun is now shining.
Weka, you had a busy day. Reading about your your son, mrs.e had a fall fourteen years ago and hit her face on the pavement. After several tests, including Xrays, it was found that she had trapped part of the muscle which the movement of one eye in a small fracture of the bone under the eye. Nothing wrong with the eye. She has eye tests every year to make sure nothing is wrong.

Rain overnight here too, not a lot but enough to keep the garden happy. Brightening up beautifully now
Weka you definitely need that vodka, hope Oliver manages to stay in one piece for a few days.

Youngest tonight for the weekend, yikes that means the ironing had better be cleared. It's taking up space I need for sewing so I won't mind too much

That's intersecting cruiser. I'll keep a look out for any problems. Part of my decision to go was he said that it hurt to move his eye. We have (coincidently) an eye appointment for the end of September (school holidays) and one of the things I wanted checking was his eye tracking,
Then on her way to bed, sasha has run full whack into a door frame, and also hit her eyebrow,

And just to top the day off, hubby's just spilt a full glass of bourbon and coke all over the cream carpets.

Berlimey Weka, reckon you should wrap your two in bubble-wrap J is just the same (and me ) and sadly, Oliver is now taking oer the family mantle

Off to sit at the clinic for an hour or two, to see the nurse and then hopefully the doc (no appontment, that could take a month ) to sort out this water problem. The chemist can't let me have anything, the doc must okay it - because of Gladys

Off to Bente's for dinner tonight - at leas twe'll be sitting outside, so won't have to take our shoes off and put on those silly slippers that airlines dish out

My goodness weka, what a day indeed Think you deserve more than one large vodka xxx

Upgraded my phone yesterday and now have a nice new smartphone, the Samsung S3 mini. Spent most of yesterday evening playing with it

Bright and sunny at the moment, but there are quite a few dark clouds looming so who knows.......
