One way to use less water

Postby tonicha » 31 Jul 2013, 16:19

is to have a cold shower

Our water heater has packed up  probably something simple, but meanwhile, we both wanted showers.

Grumpy went first and even he said it was cool.

I used the one downstairs and he could hear me saying "ooooh, that's cold  but I'm brave, I'll carry on"

It was actually quite refreshing

But tomorrow morning, we're seeing our neighbour, who is the water heater expert

Ooooh no!!!
I'd be straight down the leisure centre with my gym card to access the changing rooms if that happened here
When we were having the bathroom done at our old house I was up at the gym twice a day while we had no bath and shower :-P

Ours is, normally Ally.

But due to our bonkers weather, it runs cold, then warm, then cold again

We both wouldn't fit in the shower cubicle Vic ;)

Although when I was with my broken ankle, we both got in the bath  Well, it is a huge bath

And I thought when I saw your post that you were going to say "drink more beer and wine" :) Cold showers are lovely when it is 40 degrees. 8-)
