Good Morning Tuesday

Postby Diflower » 30 Jul 2013, 07:07

Morning all :)
It's raining, at last, properly raining. It only started as I got up, a bit before 6.30, but still coming down - those new plants will be pleased, as will the old ones no doubt :D

The day has started well - in case anyone misses it, just posted a huuuge bargain on the library board, Kate Morton's The Secret Keeper on kindle for only 99p, yipppeeee :D
And the lovely smell of baking bread is wafting from the kitchen - it will be done in about 5 minutes, but if anyone wants any you'd best give it an hour or so to cool down ;)

More h-word for me today - I did more gardening than inside stuff yesterday - then the reward of reading this afternoon :)
Have a good day all

Morning chums! A much cooler night and a rainy morning so everything is much fresher :D
Shopping this morning and hospital appontment this afternoon. Back to the audiology dept. to talk about my current CROS hearing aid. It doesn't help me so I am prepared to push for an assessment for a BAHA (bone anchored hearing aid). I know funding could be a problem, but I hope they can see that it is something that could be life changing for me. Fingers crossed.
Tango this evening :kick:

Morning all. Lovely and sunny here today after our downpour yesterday.

Work for me this morning (I am there now, supposed to be working) then home to potter before I pick the girls up from my mums.

I downloaded the Kate Morton book - I had borrowed it from the library but only got less than a quarter of the way through it and have to take it back so it will be great to finish it on my Kindle whilst on holiday.

Morning all :D

Wet and miserable here, do wish the rain would oblige by only coming down overnight

Fingers tightly crossed the assessment for BAHA goes well and funding can be sorted lozzles xxx

E's healing nicely and his bruises are turning every colour of the rainbow, all positive right now :D We're off to the cinema to see The Wolverine at 12.10 and will probably stop and have a lateish lunch on the way home.

Hope you all have a good day :D
