Morning all. Its very overcast this morning but no rain - yet!

Work for me today but first I have to take the girls to my mums and then to the garage to drop my car off for a service.

Morning each :)
We have had rain but still not a lot, the water butt's only just over half full. It's dull and blowy now, supposed to get sunshine and showers - that should cover it :)

Hope you have a lovely day Saundra :)
(((((Ally and Don))))) xx

Usual Mondayish h-word for me, and unless WM turns up I guess the pile of ironing is my job  :D
Hope everyone enjoys the day

Morning everyone

Bright blue sky but still feeling a bit chilly :o - we're about 12C below what we normally are this time of year

Gert hugs to you and Don Ally xxx

Houseworky stuff for me today :( I do get fed up cleaning for the sake of it - we're quite a clean pair  - but the house has to be cleaned, just in case

Have a lovely day with your friend Saundra and hope everyone else has an enjoyable day xx

We are the same Ton, fairly clean and tidy anyway but I well remember the extra non-stop effort involved in keeping a house ready for a last-minute viewing, so I sympathise, and hope you sell very soon. Its flipping hard work living in a show house   xxxxx

Di the heavens opened here about an hour ago and there was such a sudden deluge that a lady walking on the field with her dog opposite let out a huge scream of shock - she was drenched long before she got to her car

:D
I was looking at someone's photos on fb last night, one day of her holiday in Somerset. They told the story well.
Everyone in the first shots was happy, smiling, in strappy tops and shorts, sundresses.
Suddenly at about picture 15 (of 20) the scene changed completely to running, drowned rats, holding plastic bags on their heads and splashing through what looked like a river :D
