I have a little address book that I use just for the internet. I put website addresses and password s in it.

Mostly yes, keep website details in a notebook.
But for on here, especially if you might not remember which notebook it's written in, it really doesn't matter if someone's username and password are on a post-it stuck to their computer, fridge, whatever.
A note saying 'Kate, ******' would not lead anyone else to hack into anything, and they would have no idea what website it was for :)

Had to go back on my computer to factory state, lost everything, my friend just raises his eyebrows when he comes to fix it that has been far too often!! "As he has" and says.
