Complain Jo. Do a series of speed tests and save the logs. If it is almost daily and at similar times your ISP should look into it. Do NOT accept any waffle.

Why is it that you wait several hours for a phone call, and then when you go to the loo...........so there you are on the mobile, fixing yourself up, not flushing so the caller won't know.....

If it were the real army 2100 hours would mean 2100 hours.

I spend my life sitting in the car waiting for cadets to finish.

We have done Frank, several times. To be honest I don't have the patience right now to deal with another ****wit in India.
John called the last time and Tracey in Bangalore decided that the answer to all of our problems was to change the password on our account. Which took her 2 hours. She then said that she was going to upgrade the line and it was a bit speedier after that. We were getting speeds between 3 and 4 mbps rather than hovering around 2. It's been since the hot weather started though that it's started dropping out during the day, usually it's either just after 9pm or just before Midnight.

At least you went Saundra!
Prince Charles came here during the Jubilee in '77 and we were all taken from school to sit on a grassy bank beside a busy road to watch his car speed by :-P
