Still lovely here. There were some spectacular lightning flashes last night, but the actual storms were a way to the west of us.

H-word to be done early before it gets too hot, and a few other jobs to do.
Storms due tonight and tomorrow down here.

Morning all. Its really foggy here but still pretty warm. We are forecast storms later today and this evening.

Its L's penultimate day at primary school. She is taking her kransekake in today.

Work for me - busy day ahead.

S is still in bed as she finished on Friday. Her friend has been staying since Friday night and is due to go home at some point today. She is the friend that lives miles away. Her sister goes to a local primary school and her dad will be picking her up from school later so S and K need to get her there for 3.30pm. At least the dog will get a decent walk.

Bit cooler here again and cloudy, but then yesterday started the same and it burned off later

Not doing too much - houseworky stuff as per on a Monday, and I might walk into town with B when she goes to the gym later, but otherwise a quiet day.......

Morning all

Overcast but still very muggy here, not sure what the forecast promises. Think E said we could get a bit of rain.

Another disturbed night with my legs, up twice applying cold flannels to cool them down. I'm downing antihistamines and using the recommended cream so fingers crossed, and as long as I don't get bitten again, things should improve over the next couple of days.

Expecting a client at 9.30 hence the early start and then we're popping over to see mother, hoping to be able to take her out for coffee.

Back to work day today after my fortnight holiday.....the weather is cloudy and cool which does help my feelings a little

Nice here this morning.
Going to have my eye checked out after the cataract
op. and then the Optician will put in for the other one
to be done
I can`t believe what some people will do--OH and I had
a sort out yesterday and put quite a bit in a Macmillan charity
bag to be collected this morning. As they collect early I put
it on the lawn late last night and it has been nicked
I wonder who would do a thing like that????

lissie i put a bin bag full out for a charity one morning and when i looked later it had been nicked then i saw the real charity van go past

Washing machine on and houseworky stuff for me too

That's awful Lissie We have big clothes bins dotted around the village (and other places too) and they're emptied on a regular basis and the contents washed etc then sold at the local markets - all for charity But the local erm, how to be polite - the local gypsies try and climb in to nick it. only problem is, they get stuck
