L and her Kransekake

Postby debih » 21 Jul 2013, 12:18

We have been busy making Kransekake this morning for L to take in for her teachers tomorrow. I never bother with teachers presents normally but as this is her last ever two days at primary school she wanted to do something so we opted for the Kransekake.

She helped me make the cakes - piping the mixture this time rather than hand rolling it which was much quicker. Then she stacked and decorated it herself. She managed to miss one ring out completely (which I ate :D :D ) but you can't actually tell.

Taking it in in the morning.

Building it

And finished

She's done a good job Debih with the piping :)
Good idea for a present too, I'm sure the teachers will love it :)
