Welcome home Delia

She has arrived.

She has already mixed her first cake (which is in the oven) and L is now making smoothies with the liquidiser attachment. Later we will be having a finely shredded salad for dinner.

Sadly I got over excited about the ice cream attachment but there is a part missing (which I can't complain about as it wasn't advertised as being there) so now I am on the look out for the bowl part of it that fits in the freezer - there is one on ebay at the moment so I will be watching that, although I do wonder if my freezer bowl from the Lakeland ice cream maker will fit.

I am embarrassed to say that when I saw her in the ladies kitchen when we collected it I hugged and stroked her!!! She was selling it for a friend and she said that her friend is really pleased that I am so excited about it.

Bought one in 1961. Been in many countries, still works but lost its speed control long ago and now has only two, full and half with a ttransformer. :)
