Have you seen this Gal? Randy Meisner YouTube audio with Juice Newton singing Neil Young's 'Heart of Gold' recorded in 1995 but it's the photos of Randy that got to me. I know we all age but how could such a looker change as much as he has. Still a lovely voice though and a kind face <stop my beating heart>

Ill health and age I suppose.......................Some of the comments on Youtube are rather nasty, I'd like to see how some of them will look in their 60s oe even look now, without the net to hide behind

They were cruel comments but maybe they were shocked. I had to 'rewind' my DVD when Randy appeared briefly as he is now to make sure it was actually him. The rest of the Eagles are the same age as Randy and they all look really good in their sixties even they all admit to a hedonist and self-abusive lifestyle in the 1970's. His constitution wasn't up to it I suppose.

Now I know why I love him. His Grandparents all come from Russia and Germany, just like mine, and emigrated to America and became beet farmers in Nebraska around 1908. The same time my Grandparents arrived here in the UK. Just imagine this. If my Grandparents had got on a boat to America the same as his I could have met him! From being an Eagles Groupie I could have been a 'Golden' Eagles Woman.
