Morning all :)
Scorchio :D

Kaz that sounds perfect :) Have read everyone else's but can't sit here long so can't reply to it all.
Really sympathise with the hay fever it is bad this year. I don't get it properly but can feel it when the pollen's high, a milder form of yours Kaz, a slightly scratchy throat and a bit of a sniff.

Back still bad, not quite as awful so hopefully today will see more improvement. Minnie doing ok :)
Enjoy the day

Good morning all, I'm just back from the gym. I took the scenic route through the woods on the way home rather than walking along the A34 which is uphill and full on sun. Going through the woods might take 15 minutes longer but it's cooler and shady.

My hayfever's bad this year too, usually as soon as I use my steroid spray, along with antihistamines, that puts a stop to it but not this year. Tom's got a touch of it this year too and it's never affected him before.

That place looks lovely Kaz, there's a great choice on the menu :) when is B's birthday?

Have a lovely holiday Sue!

Morning all :D

It's lovely waking up to sunshine :D :D :D

The pub looks lovely kaz, I'm sure you'll all have a great meal there 8-)

Sympathy for all you suffering with hayfever. I'm usually okay, but when the pollen was very high last summer did have a lot of heavy nose bleeds.

After all the excitement of watching Murray win yesterday, don't know about him but I was exhausted  we're having a lazy morning. Planning to get the pressure washer out later this afternoon and give the patio and conservatory a good blitz.

Hope you all have a good day :D

I had a bad head this morning.....

Yesterday evening we had a power cut from 6-9:30 pm, so the neighbours decided we should have an impromptu BBQ. That meant a trip to the offy and the rest, as they say, is history............ :-P :-P :-P

It has turned out nice now - not too hot or too humid - and a trip to ASDA is on the cards.

Good afternoon all.

I did say 'Good morning' earlier. but my message seems to have disappeared in cyberspace.

It's another lovely day for doing nothing but lounge about and keep drinking cooling fluids.

We did the weekly shopping this morning. This afternoon we won't do much as it's much too warm to even think about working,
and it seems cruel to take the dog out walking in this heat, as he still has his winter coat on.

Hope you all have a peaceful day.

We took Billy out at around 9 last night, it was still warm but not unbearably so. I don't think any of us would've enjoyed the walk as much had we gone out earlier ;)

BBQ for us later, much later

WM, hair of the dog, works wonders
