The bad news is that it's now 26C inside :shock:

even with all the windows and shutters shut :roll:

The good news??

The man who viewed our house in February and haven't seen since - apart from being in one of the local restaurants - when he ignored us - came up here this afternoon, to re-iterate his determination to buy our house

He's got one house in England and now his apartment in our village on the market.

Cerikey - we might be able to have a meet in our field :lol:

It was like that with Bb's flat; the landlord had said he wanted to buy it but showed no evidence of actually doing anything about it. He messed us around for months but in the meantime another buyer dropped out and he did eventually buy - although not before messing us around some more :roll:

But we got here eventually
