Good morning Monday

Postby debih » 24 Jun 2013, 06:22

Morning all. The calm before the storm this morning - I have a busy, busy day.

Work all morning - really busy and then home to get on with Micks books (VAT return due at end of week). Two of the girls friends are staying this evening as their mum is away so I will be roasting a chicken for us for dinner.

I have to nip to my mums at some point this evening to take the dog and the girls stuff for tomorrow night/Wednesday morning.

And this evening I must finalise my outfit for tomorrow.............

Have a good day everyone.

Morning everyone

One word - gorgeous 8-)

Our friends fly into Portugal later :D and we're meeting them tomorrow morning :D

And so a quick whizz round the house, just in case they want to come over and have a nosy sometime this week - and then it's the ironing, with the new iron

Hope you all have a good day and a good nights rest - think you'll need it for tomorrow

Didn't get much sleep last night. Again. Oliver woke every hour crying, tonight's not looking much better so far. On the good news side my friend is back out of hospital now. Fingers crossed for her now that she continues to heal.

Hope everyone going to the meet tomorrow gets a good night sleep tonight. Wishing I was going, a couple of good nights sleep in a row in a hotel room I'm sure is just what the doctor should order.

Good luck osc today. Mum had one too today. (I think for the same thing) She's come up all clear, so fingers crossed yours does to.

Good morning all, I got up fairly early this morning to try and make myself tired for early bedtime tonight ;) The weather is changeable, and chilly enough when the sun goes in behind the many clouds. You would think I am going away for a week with all the organisation I am doing  I'll be sleeping in another room so as not to disturb Mr. Osc when I get up at 3.30am so I need to have all my stuff moved. Thanks for the good wishes for my scan this afternoon, it's at 4.30pm and I've asked Mr. Osc to go with me - normally I can handle things like that on my own, but I just hate the MRI machine and having him there for company before and after will be a real help. I have my boarding cards printed off, my passport ready, my sterling bought, my little bag almost packed - anything I have forgotten?? Soooooooo looking forward to seeing everyone :D :D Have a good day everyone :)

Morning all :)
We had an early start as Minnie had to be at the vet at 9, so while Bb was sorting his work out I grabbed the car for some bits of shopping.
Hmmph I just have h-word and stuff to look forward too :D

Weka I hope you get more sleep tonight. Hope it goes ok Osc, I don't mind the machine but can quite understand those that don't like it. It's funny, I hate being shut in but can manage that.
It is supposed to be getting nicer isn't it, it's pretty dull here too.

Saundra we'll have to post a lot tomorrow to make the place look lived-in ;) :D
Have a good day all

Afternoon All,

Such a busy morning already, having a breather to tackle the next bit.

Good Luck this afternoon Osc, and enjoy your trip.

Hope everyone else has a great time too.

Good to hear the weather in Portugal is good, as two weeks today I will be on my way :) :)

Ironing tonight, yesterday it just didn't happen, so really must do a bit tonight.

Take care all, enjoy the rest of the day.

Back from my scan - I had to have contrast injected and the doc had trouble putting in the line, so I should have two lovely purple arms tomorrow  I'm all excited about tomorrow now :D :D
