Of all the days he has to be away - it has to be Tuesday!!!

Grrrr.

After my telling Mick again and again that I need him to be around on Tuesday he arrived back home today to announce that he will be away again next week - on Tuesday.

But I am sorted. I was hoping my sister could babysit but she is working so instead S is going to walk from schools to my mums and my mum in law (my mum doesn't drive and obviously my dad doesn't as he can't see!!) is going to pick L up from school and take her to my mums where they will both stay overnight.

It does mean that I am going to have to be up extra early on Wednesday as I will have to go to my mums to pick them up to take them both to school but anything is better than having to cancel.

Now I am really pleased that I didn't book to stay overnight.

I am as cross as a cross thing being cross.

Yes, we'd have all been stringing Mick up if him being away had stopped you coming.

Oh God no, I'm definitely coming. It's just made it a pain in the ass with child care.

I've paid for my ticket - I'm not wasting 17 sqidoonies.

It gets more complicated!

I forgot about the bloody dog!!! She is now going to my mums on Monday night and I will pick her up after I finish work on Wednesday afternoon.

And I had forgotten that I have my friends two children staying over night on the Monday as she is working away and won't get back until gone midnight (she is the one who's husband died after falling from a window a couple of years ago) so I have two extra children to get up on Tuesday morning. And I have my neighbours children two mornings a week, which is random days because of her job and she has just sent me a text to say that it will be Tuesday and Wednesday next week.

So I have 6 children to get off to 3 different schools (fortunately they are all old enough to get themselves there) on the Tuesday morning and will have to take the neighbours children with me on Wednesday morning to pick my two up from my mums to deliver them to their respective schools!

Sod the coffee when I get to the station - mine will be a voddie!!!!
