The curry was fantastic Di. :D :D

I make a curry nearly every week and always get loads of compliments :oops: :D from Don and the boys and this jalfrezi was a big hit! :D :D

I stir fried the veg and added it last too. :D :D

I can't wait to stock up on my spices in the UK..I'm getting a bit low on them. :o :lol:

I make a good few too, all sorts, Indian and Thai, and we were both impressed with this one :)
I know you're coming over soon, but don't ever be afraid to ask if there's anything you're running out of ;)

I bought the Hairy Dieters book yesterday and there are some lovely recipes aren't there? Looking forward to trying some out :D

Well I have made two meals so far and will do another tonight. A big hit with my menfolk thank goodness. Very tasty food, no one leaves the table hungry and we are cutting back on the fat and sugar :D
