Morning everyone - we were hoping for a lie in, but Pepper had other ideas It looks bright here this morning - I am hoping against hope that it stays that way and that the BBC Five day forecast that predicted rain all weekend was wrong

This will give you a giggle but I am pinny shopping today Not for me, my MIL rang last night to ask if I would mind getting her one - we usually pop to see her on Saturday afternoons and she knows we are often either in town or the Quays shops at some point before that..............The problem is where do you buy pinnies?? Not my forte, so I googled - Procook in the Quays have them but they are all stripey like butcher's aprons and not D's style, so in the end I looked on the Debenhams website and they seem to have a few pretty ones so we'll nip in there

Di we are all thinking of Minnie here, Becky asked me to send you her love for Minnie and a gentle cuddle for her too (((((((((Minnie))))))))))

Loz enjoy your tango - I would send a red rose for your teeth but I only have pink here! My rose bush flowered yesterday!

Today we will go to Amy's swimming lesson and then I think a wander around the shops in the afternoon, I want to try and find some cheap summer tops for our hols - not spending a fortune so it will be primark

Have my niece & nephew staying tonight so getting pizza for tea and then dropping them off just after 9 tomorrow as me and Amy are off to do the Race for Life

Mine and Mick's nephew is a swimming instructor out in Hammamet this summer working for a travel company in a lovely hotel - lucky lad

Ton I bought a scratchcard on a whim the other day for £1 and won £! - so I took that as a lucky omen and bought another with my winnings .......and won precisely nothing
