Congrats Shaz xxx. I am becoming increasingly allergic to cigarette smoke now and if I catch a whiff in the street it makes me catch my breath.

Oh well done you. Thankfully I never took up smoking but I know myself and know that I'd struggle big time to give it up..

well done!! that is fab!

I will be 2 years in August - best thing I have ever done and have to say the smell now makes me feel sick, I went into a patient's home the other day and it was stinking, I felt disgusting and couldn't wait to get home and showered!!

Giving up is not easy. I gave up after about 25 years, and during the process I wasn't fit to live with - but I'm glad I did.

Cheers everyone :)

Just after I posted, about having given up, I had the most awful craving but I stuck with it and have been okay since. I still can't believe I've not had a cigarette in over a week but my purse is definitely feeling healthier!!!

I'm having to watch I don't over eat because I'm trying to diet too-next week starts the exercise regime :shock:

I'll keep you updated on how I'm doing.

Well done for not going with the craving. Exercise at the same time is probably a good idea too
