Afternoon :)

Ooh yes, we love a tootle too :D
Last night's barbeque was a big success, and they also polished off the sausages I cooked as an extra, hoping there would be some for butties today :D Ainsley's recipe for sticky garlic chicken kebabs will definitely be repeated ;)

Amazingly, both boys got up this morning so those three took Minnie while I had a shower, then eldest had a shower, and then we all went to the big car boot - all by 10 o'clock  :D So we had a nice wander round that, I bought a spirea, eldest found some comic books, and I got a couple of student cookbooks to give him when he goes off into the big wide world :D
Now cooking more sausages and bacon for well-deserved brunch :)

They're going back a bit early tonight as it's their granddad's birthday, so we think we're going to have yet another barbie just for us, while we can - homemade burgers this time :)
Oh nearly forgot - I broke a tooth  We didn't have anything crunchy, but maybe to was the baguette at lunchtime :?
My check-up's this month so I'll ring the dentist in the morning and see if I can get in sooner.

Hope everyone's enjoying their Sunday, and Ton have a good trip and happy house-viewing :D

Oh heck Di - yes crusty bread might have done it :? Hope your dentist can fit you in soon.................Sounds like a lovely weekend though :)

I'm about to sit out in the garden now we've had our lunch (lamb chops, jersery royals, greens, carrots and minty peas) - this warmer weather really makes a difference to weekends, they are so much nicer :D 8-)

It's clouded over here - still nice though :)
So good when you know it's also going to be nice tomorrow :)

Well it's not nice here  Thought the cloud was going to clear earlier but it has stayed in place and while it is dry and not too cold, it's still disappointing not to have some sunshine for the bank holiday weekend  However, we didn't waste our morning, did some work on a new dance we will be taught on Wednesday night by working our way through a video and getting a feel for it. I'm messing around now - went upstairs to put on the summer duvet (there's a leap of faith!!) and change the bed, then have my shower and wash my hair, but so far I've tweeted something, gone back upstairs, then come back down to post a video on FB, then my sister rang, and now I think it's time for my lunch, so the day keeps changing as I go along   Might do a bit of knitting later, and himself is watching golf on the telly. Have a good day everyone :)
