I always have pizza dough balls and sauce in the freezer. I had some left over piri-piri chichen bits and some of Huge Fairly-Wettinghimself's Tupperware Chorizo in the fridge. I didn't have enough mozzarella, but I did have some cheddar.

It all seemed to fit so I went with it..... and it was goregemous. ;) :lol: :lol: :lol:

You're right, it does sound yum :D
It's occurred to me, I do the same as you, freeze the dough bits as balls. But we should roll them out, then they could probably cook from frozen. That would mean mastering the shape better though ;)
