Good afternoon all! I'm feeling very cheated by the weather today. We were forecast a bright and sunny afternoon so why, when I was hanging my washing out at 12.30pm, did I feel raindrops falling from the dismal grey sky?

I've been to the gym and done some shopping, then walked home with three heavy bags plus my gym bag - I felt every inch of those two miles. Joe's playing with his friend and Tom's revising so I think I'm going to catch up on some recorded TV shows.

Good luck to little Michael!

Have a good day everyone!

I am fed up with this weather--it looked ok so i did all the washing
but now it is pouring with rain :(
While i waited for the washing i made 2 Shepherds Pies and 4 small Apple
Crumbles so OH will be happy.
Believe it or not my daughter got married on 1st June many years ago
and the temperature was 90 degrees :D I think things have gone down
hill since then.
I must now brave the weather and go out for bits and pieces.

Same here Lissie, I've just taken the dripping washing in off the line - I wouldn't mind so much but we'd been forecast a nice afternoon here
Talking to my parents last night and we were reminiscing about how we used to go on holiday at this time of year and always had lovely weather.

Outdoor concert for me on Saturday with hours of queuing beforehand to get a good spot ie to actually be able to see the band. I'm debating just how many layers to wear as I really feel the cold.

Evening everyone :) Just online now for the first time today, as I worked again. I'm pretty tired now after doing two long days on my feet back to back, but all went well and it does mean that's my working week over now until next week 8-) :D

Just catching up now while dinner is cooking - hugs for anyone who is in need (((((((((((((((((x))))))))))))))))))))

Good luck osc, and Michael too. I've found the run around butt naked method works best. but you really need some warm sunny weather for that, or a nice warm house. I did Oliver over summer, so if you want any advice, sing out. Though I'm sure you know better tricks than I do.
