I am thinking of getting two of these, as I had a devil of a job last time trying to get my cats in the carrier and to be honest wasn't able to get them to the vets and had to cancel appointments. Are they quite big as they look it and may be more suitable for them.

Was trying to take them for their injections and so far not able to get them there.

It isn't as big as my old carrier, but it is supposed to hold 11kg and the combined weight of my two is 10kg. You can open it from the top or the front.

To be honest I don't know what Tabbys weight is but she is a BIG cat. Oddly enough she doesn't eat a lot but she does like her sleep, especially on her radiator bed.
