Romanians living rough

Postby KateLMead » 27 May 2013, 13:29

One cannot help feeling sorry for the Romanians living and sleeping rough in parks and on the underground..joining the thousand who are homeless including our ex servicemen.
2007 a year to remember "Labours doing :x opening the floodgates" and now we cannot stop them coming here, a couple of million due next year!!
I do not blame these Roma's I blame the last and this government for not "Placing a Stop ... No Entry" sign at and on our border's and meaning it.. that goes for Asians and other foreigners, including the families who come here following those arranged marriages..
Yes I feel truly ashamed to see these people who must be suffering in every way, forced to beg and steal, sleeping rough as I have witnessed in the third world, a status we are fast approaching are fast approaching The asylum seekers and Romanians are not to blame.. Its our damned useless system..

If they do not have work to go to or a sponsor to keep them then they should stay away, so I do partly blame them. It is not as though our unemployment figures are not available to them.

They have been encouraged to come here Frank, indeed it has been admitted that the Labour government sent search parties to Bulgaria and Romania to encourage them to come here, explaining that they could get benefits after a few months and housing. One cannot blame those people who were given a false impression as to what they would get after they arrived here. Victoria Station where bus loads come in every day..

We are over run, and it is going to get ten thousand times worse unless we can get rid of Labour, Liberal and the Cons whom I have supported all my life since I was able to vote.. Farage will get my vote No way in a million years will I vote for these self serving useless bunch of no gooders, the lot of whom are on the gravy train demanding and getting another £10,000 a year to go along with their fat cat salaries and expenses, never mentioning their second jobs of course that most of them have .. They are sitting their fat backsides on a goldmine

It really should be stopped, they steal and busk very aggressively on trains and tubes all over London and the surrounds. A friend of mine had her bag cut open with a knife whilst travelling by tube - terrifying to think of someone with a knife standing so close.

I'm losing sympathy I'm afraid, perhaps I am just getting harder as I get older................. :? They should be offered a train and ferry ticket to get home in my opinion, not benefits that are denied to our own citizens and disabled...........................It is a hard old world out there and we cannot afford to support the whole world :?

I agree Kaz, but they should not be allowed into the country in the first place.
They have been fed that UK is open house, the country to come too, a honeypot.. And when they see the millionaire types of houses and the Mercedes parked outside of the Roma's houses in their own country bought from whatever means it has taken to get the money for these luxuries of course they are going to come here. Those in government are USELESS and we are paying the price.
