I have somehow managed to get to the bottom of my bottle of wine, and am still able to type without a problem - very strange as I don't drink very much at all!! lol

off to bed now, hopefully to have a good sleep, have not slept properly for over a month since I submitted this essay!

Now I remember why I do not drink very much - it seems to cause insomnia - to think years ago in my early 20's alcohol would ensure a great nights sleep, now I am awake every hour, how annoying!
