I have just fitted into the jeans I was keeping as my 'just the right size' ones
They are Portfolio by M&S, I bought them two summers ago in a sale in the M&S outlet at a silly price and they are dark grey boot cut, very smart and almost like a trouser (I had several casual or scruffy pairs and these were a bit different) but when I got them home I couldn't get them up past my thighs 
Yesterday I tried them just to check progress and to my amazement they did up! So I wore them 
They looked really nice with my boots underneath and a long tunic-style cream shirt, with a nice tan belt to belt it in
