a rant I started to be ill April 29 in June I get a message from bt about my bill I pay online every month with my credit card of course I missed May so they tell me I I had to pay a late payment fee so Jonathan said in in hospital made no difference so in the end paid a total of £188 and closed the account and asked for a box to send the gear back that was in June sigh this weekend I get a message saying a payment of £78 was due including a reconnected charge of £18 Guess what because he asked to send him a prepayment box they thought he wanted to be reconnected to his house yet he told them I had moved into a home God you couldn't make it up I get tv free here no license to buy either it should all be free

SEnd a copy of your complaint to Ofcom and your MP. Refuse to pay any money. Cancel the direct debit. SAy their actions are causing you distrsss and mentalproblems.
As you are in hospital contact has to be through a third party which takes time and more stress.

I was with Virgin and deceide to change to BT/EE in 2024.

Virgin sent me a package to return the router. But the return label was damaged so I asked for a new one to be sent to me. When I had boxed the router up, I told Virgin that
I was not going to carry the heavy parcel across two busy roads to the shop whereit would be picked up. I would not take it in the car as the shop is in an area fo
Resident parking only
Virgin threatened to charge me for the non-return of the router. But I keep saying I wanted it picked up from my house.
Eventually a van came but went to the wrong house. This was after nearly six weeks of emails about the router and returning it.

Hope ypou get a satisfactory result.

Make sure that they don’t get a penny out of you and get Jonathan to complain.

Saundra as well as Ofcom get Jonathon to contact Trading Standards

What a pain, but if you just ignore them what can they do? Cut you off? No point you dont have a phone anyway
