I went to visit my best mate when he was living in Las Vegas, that was in December. It's not hot there then , but still incongruous in the desert, when everywhere had Santas, trees, artificial snow the lot
Mind you, we did go up into the mountains and had real snow

my friend in oz always have a traditional xmas like they did here
only difference is they have champagne breakfast round the sons pool
diff when i got my decorations out
i found wrapping paper /gift tags all new
keep xmas cards in a box in the cupboard with birthday cards

Mick is away in Scotland next week so I am hoping that before he goes I can get my kitchen moved from my dining room! That means that I can then clean the dining room and put the decorations up in there next week.

The tree in the living room will probably go up next weekend.

Ah Saundra I know we have a great big box with paper, ribbons, gift tags, bows, masses of it, all colour-co-ordinated - bought it online in the sales in January
