We have sunshine And no wind Warming up later this week, but starting off with 17C.

Washing to be done, weeding to be done. The wind yesterday was positively arctic and really strong, so only ventured out to put the washing out and rush it back in again

It was 13C when I got up. But te sun is out with blue skies. So it should get warmer.

Just pootling this morning. This afternoon I am going to another session of the Photo section of the U3A group. The meetings are held on the
fourth Monday of each month.

Hello and good morning everyone

A busy morning for me today - it's Nadine's birthday. Usually we go out for lunch, but we're both needing to look after our pennies so we (a total of five of us) are having lunch at her house instead. Nadine has a pamper appointment this morning and will then pick me up around noon and my job this morning is to make the lunch; so at Nadine's request, I am making a Quiche Lorraine and also a Leek and Goats Cheese Tart; plenty of prosecco has been purchased (you can buy four bottles at Sainsbury's for the same price as just one in the restaurant!)

Morning all, it’s a nice sunny one here but still far too cold, still only 6C outside. Edward has headed off walking to the golf club. I have a check up with my breast surgeon at 12.00. I always smarten up a bit when going to see him, he always tells me I look very well, I’m sure he says that to all his female patients, but I still make an effort On the way home, I want get a gift voucher for my brother in Dunnes, it’s his birthday in early April. I also need some liquid glucosamine so I’ll check with Holland and Barratt if they have it, otherwise I can order from them online. Back home to do not very much.

Dog walking this morning. wife always says the dog takes me! but I say we just follow her nose it's her walk after all .

It's a happy day for schoolchildren here, a water main has burst at the top of the village and the schools are closed.
We have been for the presecriptions and I'm waiting in for a delivery.
