Sounds like the feta paid for itself then.

Oh how fantastic Kaz - what a perfect solution. Two days out of the house and get amongst the people and then three days to yourself - my idea of heaven. :D :D

Congratuations!

Yes it is - enough to beat the boredom, but not enough to get tiring or to interfere with my family life :)

Thanks Jo, and Ton :D :D

Ton I would LOVE to live in Southern Europe somewhere (Corfu would be great but maybe the financial situation in Greece might preclude that?) but we have this joint custody situation with Harry until he is 18 which is 5 years, plus I would have to persuade the mister who is a Glawster lad to his core - and we couldn't really leave his mum all alone in Gloucester............*sigh* Maybe one day but not this side of 60 I don't think..........................

Unless you or Ally need a live-in maid? One who doesn't really like cleaning or ironing, but is prepared to guard the pool from all interlopers................. :P ;)   8-)

When we moved, we left both his parents and all the children and grandchildren.

This is the one who didn't even have a holiday for about 14 years, and didn't even have a passport  and he's from deepest Wiltshire ;)

I can understand about H though, but you can plan, can't you ;) ;)

A live-in pool lookerer afterer - that would be good :D 8-)
